AI labs are licensing company records

$100K–$2M+

That's what AI labs are paying established companies to license anonymized operating records — emails, tickets, SOPs, call logs. Licensed, not sold. Anonymized before anything leaves your systems.

01

Nothing leaves your environment first

Names and identifying fields are handled before anything moves, and you approve the scope. You decide exactly what's in and what's out before a single file goes anywhere.

02

It's licensed, not sold

You keep every file and keep using it exactly as you do today. Licensing grants limited rights for AI training — ownership never leaves your company.

03

We handle the introduction — you never pay us

We pre-qualify your company, match you to the right lab program, and stay on as your point of contact through the deal. The labs pay us, not you.

The records you already sit on

Most companies are holding valuable operating data without realizing it. If your team produces any of this in the normal course of work, you likely have something to license.

Why AI labs want ordinary company records

The largest AI labs — OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Microsoft and Meta — have effectively exhausted the useful public internet. The open web has been scraped, and models trained on it have hit the ceiling of what “what people say” can teach them.

What they lack is what people do: the private operating records of real businesses — how work actually moves through a company, step by step. That signal only exists inside company systems, and labs now license it directly from the companies that generate it.

It doesn't have to be interesting — a long run of ordinary work beats a short run of interesting work.

Questions, answered plainly

Is this legal?+

Yes. You license a limited right to use anonymized records for AI training under a written contract. You keep ownership of the underlying data, and identifying information is removed before anything is used downstream.

Could this end up with a competitor?+

No. Records are licensed to AI labs to train and evaluate models, not sold or redistributed to other businesses. The purpose is training AI systems, not replicating your company.

Do you get access to our systems?+

No. You decide what to include and export it yourself. We never connect to or log into your systems — you approve the scope and control what moves.

What about client names and private info?+

Names and identifying fields are scrubbed before anything leaves your environment. Confidential and customer-identifying information is removed as part of anonymization, up front.

What does it cost me?+

Nothing. The AI labs pay us for sourcing and pre-qualifying partners. You never pay Polytrove at any stage.

What could our data be worth?+

Programs typically range from $100K to $2M+, based on volume, workflow complexity, uniqueness, and data quality. We give you a range, never a promise — the exact figure comes after a sizing call.

When does the money arrive?+

After scope is agreed and the licensed dataset is delivered and accepted. Timing depends on dataset size, but our team walks you through each milestone.

Which labs will see it?+

We match you to the specific lab program that fits your data and stay on as your point of contact. You'll know exactly who the counterparty is before anything is shared.
